Production of padding from coated fabric, including Velcro.
Basic part of the seat is produced from coated fabric, on which Velcro are stitched, with help of which the seat can be very simply attached to the wheelchair frame. Inbuilt pocket with Velcro increases comfort at use. For easy maintenance, the used fabric has fireproof and hydrophobic properties. Quality Velcro guarantees the full functionality during all service life.
Basic part of the backrest is produced from coated fabric, on which Velcro are stitched, with help of which the seat can be very simply attached to the wheelchair frame. It is attached to the wheelchair frame with help of set of straps and Velcro. The fixation flexibility is assured by this kind of attachment. For easy maintenance, the used fabric has fireproof and hydrophobic properties. As an internal filling - the polyurethane foam with high crushing limit is used.
A special product maintaining knees of sitting person in fixed and comfort position. The external material is the same fabric, as in case of seat. The soft part is made of part from polyurethane foam completed with PVC plate. An adjustable strap and metal eyes with protective PVC layer on its surface serve for attachment on the frame. Auxiliary ties serve for easy installation to pulleys.
Backrest with bent profile. A wood tech plate is used as the basis. It is formed to arch at high temperatures and then machining to requested shape and installation of female screws for attachment on the frame follows. A comfort soft polyurethane foam is stuck on the plate.
Laminated coating fabric resistant against high loading makes the final surface from the front, PVC synthetic leather (so called imitation leather) is used for the back part.
It is made of composed layers of different foams completed with upper material with Velcro.
Convention upholstering methods are used on next products, when the upper material filled with PUR foam is attached to wooden frame with help of tacker.
They are produced using technology of casting to moulds. This technology is suitable for large series. Mould production is very expensive.
